We offer 2,3, & 4-bedroom pet-friendly apartments & townhomes

All units have a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent.

Our administrative fee is $50 per leaseholder.

You must earn a monthly gross income equal to or greater than three (3) times the monthly rent and must have qualifying credit history to be accepted without a co-signer.

On or before your move in day, you should plan to pay your first payment/ installment including first month's rent and all additional required fees. The payment must be paid in full to pick up keys.

$95 for lot parking (individual spot)
$150 for a stall (tandem parking fitting up to three vehicles)

We are a pet friendly community! There is a limit of 2 pets per household, and a weight limit of 50 lbs. each. Please inquire for additional information on breed restrictions.

There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and monthly pet rent of $35 per month.

Our residents are responsible for paying all utilities except for trash collection.
This property is all electric and does not have gas utilitiy.
Electric + Water- resident do not need to set up this utility as we will handle setting it up for you. Water and Electric usage are billed by NEP. You will receive notification from NEP regarding your account set up and you will pay these utilities directly to NEP.
Peak Property Group will set up your NEP account for move in AND move out. You will not need to call to start or stop service!

We set up the internet for you and there is a $75 monthly fee per unit for internet service.

Peak Property Group handles the internet setup upon move in only. You can contact Spectrum at 1-855-895-5302 to diagnose technical issues and outages.

Please submit maintenance requests via your resident portal for the fastest service. If you have an afterhouse emergency, please call our office and follow the prompts. Typical emergencies include no heat, no water, significant leaks, major plumbing issues, lock outs, etc.

You can choose to have a co-signer apply with you to provide financial backing for your lease. They apply through the same website link that you will, select they are a co-signer and input your name.

Rent & other payments can be paid online vai your resident portal. We conveniently accept ACH & credit card payments.

You can access your resident portal by going to the residents page on our website. The resident portal is the most convenient way to pay your rent or enter a maintenance request.

You are automatically enrolled in the Waiver Program by Foxen. The Waiver Program is an alternative to carrying renters insurance and protects you from property damage caused by neglect. Alternatively, you can purchase traditional renters insurance and provide proof of coverage to un-enroll in the Waiver Program

If you opt to utilize our waiver program, it costs $15 monthly.

You are automatically enrolled in Rentistry by Foxen. Rentistry is a rent reporting and credit building solution designed to seamlessly, accurately, and securely report your rental payment history to the Credit Bureaus to build positive credit.
