We simply require a form of identification. For international students, this is typically a passport number or VISA information.

Yes. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be a U.S. citizen and meet The Griff’s standard income and credit requirements.

East Village offers a variety of tour options to suit your needs. If you’re unable to visit in person, we provide FaceTime and virtual tours for a personalized experience. Additionally, we can offer detailed pre-recorded video tours if you prefer a more flexible option.
